गोरखपुर के बेलघाट ब्लॉक में सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में शुद्ध पानी के व्यवस्था नहीं है और कई जगह गंदगी का अम्बार लगा हुआ है। यहाँ के जिम्मेदार अपनी जिम्मेदारी से लापरवाह हैं। गोरखपुर जिले से 50 किलोमीटर दूर बेलघाट में ये स्वास्थ्य केंद्र सैकड़ों गांवों का जीवनदाता माना जाता है।
कुछ समय पहले आरो पानी की मशीन लगाई गई थी, लेकिन मरीजों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार शुद्ध पानी नहीं मिल रहा है, क्यूंकि आरो मशीन ख़राब है।
हॉस्पिटल के कर्मचारियों के अनुसार, ठेकेदारी व्यवस्था के अनुसार रखे गए कर्मचारी कुछ जगहों के सफाई करके अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से पल्ला झाड़ लेते है।
